Launch pricing: Solo $19/month or $190/year for one named user and 2 GB storage. Company Crew $49/month or $490/year for five named users and 10 GB storage. Prices are USD plus applicable tax. The selected amount and billing interval appear in Stripe Checkout before you subscribe.
Your subscription renews at the selected interval until canceled. Manage billing and cancellation through your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Previously saved records remain available in read-only mode after paid access ends while PlanVya retains the workspace. Keep downloaded backups for recovery; contact PlanVya to restore a cloud backup. Export backups regularly; indefinite retention after cancellation is not promised.
Both plans include daily reports, 30/60-day planning and weekly review meetings. Storage includes project records, company information, photos and retained record versions. Each record supports up to 4 MB of stored content after repeated photos are consolidated, with a 32 MB limit on expanded revision history. Larger work can be split into separate records. Owners and administrators control access to assigned projects. Each person must use their own account; sharing a password does not add a licensed seat.
Downloadable backups are separate from online storage. Etsy printable products are separate one-time purchases and do not create a new online subscription. Existing customers retain their previously purchased hosted kit access through the original sign-in.
Field records and planning outputs depend on the information you enter. Review quantities, dates, meeting actions and issued PDFs before relying on them. The system does not verify approvals, certify safety compliance, or calculate contractual entitlement to time or money.
