PlanVya is provided by Collier Companies Inc. These terms cover the Individual and Crew Change Order Package w/ Work Tickets subscriptions purchased on PlanVya.
What you receive
Individual covers one person on up to two signed-in browsers. Crew covers one business using one company account on up to ten authorized browsers. Each browser or browser profile uses one device slot. The tool records labor, equipment, materials, notes and photos, and supports printing or saving a PDF. Letter and A4 printable forms are included. This subscription covers this product only. It does not include company collaboration, cloud storage or every PlanVya Field System.
Trial and renewal
Your first subscription includes a 15-day trial. Afterward, Individual renews at $7.99 USD monthly or $79 USD annually; Crew renews at $19.99 USD monthly or $199 USD annually, plus applicable tax unless a discount applies. Annual billing charges the full $79 for Individual or $199 for Crew in one payment for each year. Checkout shows your price, discount and billing schedule before confirmation. You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for recurring renewals. Only one trial is available per account. Creating an account alone does not start billing.
Cancel online
Open your account, select Cancel subscription and confirm once. No phone call, email or survey is required. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid its first renewal charge. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps editing access through the trial or paid period shown in your account. It does not automatically refund an already paid period. For a billing mistake or refund request, contact contact@planvya.com. These terms do not limit rights required by applicable law.
Your work and downloads
Ticket data and photos remain in the browser on the device used to create them. There is no cloud backup or device synchronization. The local library keeps separate tickets and reusable company details. Download a restorable backup containing records and photos regularly and before clearing browser data or changing devices. A PDF is a finished copy, not a backup of editable records. Browser data can be lost through clearing, eviction or device loss; PlanVya cannot recover records it does not hold. Photos support PNG, JPG and WebP up to 10 MB each; each ticket supports up to 64 MB of stored records and photos. Backup imports support files up to 100 MB; larger libraries require separate ticket backups. Available space depends on your browser and device. Keep your own project records. After subscription access ends, you can still sign in to view, print, back up and restore existing local records while the service remains available. Downloaded printable forms remain yours to use for your work; do not resell or redistribute the product.
Account and payment information
We store your email, a protected password hash, recovery-code hash, sign-in sessions and subscription status in our hosting service, Netlify. Your browser receives a necessary secure session cookie. Stripe processes your payment method, billing address, tax information and invoices; PlanVya does not receive or store your full card number. Account information is used to provide access, prevent abuse and manage billing. The ticket's form entries and photos are saved locally, not uploaded to PlanVya's account storage. Contact us for account help or deletion; billing records may be retained where required.
Keep access safe
Use a strong password and keep your recovery code private. Recovery resets your password and signs out other browsers. Individual accounts are for one person. Crew account access is limited to authorized personnel of the subscribing business; the business is responsible for its account credentials and signed-in browsers. Remove devices when access is no longer needed. A subscription discount is not an administrator password and does not unlock other products.
Use in the field
The ticket documents the work. It does not guarantee payment, establish contract entitlement or replace professional advice, engineering review, a project contract or required approvals. Check entries, totals and exported records before relying on them.
Earlier purchases
Existing one-time product purchases retain their original terms. An Etsy purchase does not automatically enroll anyone in this subscription.
