The number on the job is Class B, Grade 60, your f′c, top vs other, coated or not. Default 4,000 psi uncoated other bars: #4 = 25 in, #5 = 31 in, #6 = 37 in, #8 = 62 in. Change the buttons above. Then check the lap schedule on the drawings — this is a planning chart, not a PE stamp.
