What the early-access form collects

Your name, email address, membership interest, optional company and role, and a timestamp recording your consent.

How we use it

Planvya uses this information to manage FieldFlow’s early-access list and contact you about pilot opportunities, product development and the launch. Joining does not create a paid subscription or grant access to project data.

Where it is stored

Signup records are stored privately with our hosting provider, Netlify. The public website does not display the list. Authorized site administrators and the designated FieldFlow owner can access the records to manage early access.

Your choices

To leave the list, update your details or request deletion of your signup record, email planvya.team@gmail.com from the address you used to join. We keep the record while managing your early-access interest unless you ask us to remove it.
