Individual
For an estimator, superintendent, foreman or independent builder organizing their own work.
- Scope, cost codes and work plans
- Estimates and activity planning
- A practical place to start
From project documents to work the field can use.
We’re building a connected workspace for the people who turn drawings, specifications, and contract requirements into scope, estimates, schedules, and work plans.
Free to join the list. Product access and pricing coming soon.

For an estimator, superintendent, foreman or independent builder organizing their own work.
For a field team coordinating readiness, responsibilities and the next crew handoff.
For contractors aligning their standards, project teams and subcontractor scopes.
All tiers are in development. Joining is free and records your interest; it does not provide app access or reserve a price. Features, limits and subscription pricing will be confirmed before purchase.
A drawing change is more than a new sheet. It can change scope, quantities, cost, sequence, and the next crew handoff. FieldFlow’s direction is to keep those decisions connected.
Carry reviewed scope through the estimate, schedule, and work plan instead of reconstructing the same job in separate worksheets.
Make missing information, assumptions, inspections, and prerequisites visible before they become tomorrow’s field problem.
The goal is a useful first draft with a clear trail back to the source. Your judgment shapes the plan; your review approves it.
Autodesk/FMI research discusses how bad project data contributes to poor decisions and rework. Lean Construction Institute emphasizes removing constraints before committing work. Those ideas inform FieldFlow’s direction—not a claim of measured FieldFlow savings.
One project folder. A deliberate review process. A planning workspace designed to carry the same scope from the bid to the field.
Choose a project folder on your computer or connect Google Drive. Keep drawings, specifications, contracts, and addenda together without downloading and uploading each document by hand.
Folder intake is in the local prototype. Google Drive connection requires application setup. Continuous synchronization is planned.
Suggested organization. Existing folder structures can work, too.
We’re developing document review that proposes requirements with drawing, specification, and contract references—and flags conflicts or missing information for a person to resolve.
Automatic document interpretation and evidence-linked findings are planned; they are not available for public use.
Organize work by editable cost codes. Build estimate lines with clear quantities, rates, and assumptions. Link activities and review how duration changes affect the schedule.
Manual estimating, cost codes and scheduling exist in the local prototype. Automatic takeoff and document-generated planning drafts are planned.
Quantities, crew rates, costs, and dependencies remain subject to project review.
One scope → estimate → schedule → work planKeep steps, materials, tools, responsibilities, constraints, and inspection holds close to the activity. Bring field updates back for coordinator review.
Work plans and manual field-update exchange are in the local prototype. Shared cloud projects and automatic notifications are planned.
Make scope, quantities, assumptions, exclusions, and cost codes easier to review together.
Turn the sequence into practical steps, readiness questions, and clearer responsibilities.
Keep the thread between the plan, the budget, and the information the field needs next.
Our next step is validation on real construction scopes before expanding coverage. Capabilities will be proven by project type and trade.
FieldFlow is in development. Here’s the difference between the current local prototype and what we’re building next.
Private local preview. Early-access interest is open; public app access and purchases are coming soon.
Planned capabilities. Availability and scope will follow validation.
You can join the early-access list for free and choose a planned membership tier. FieldFlow itself is a local development prototype. Joining the list does not create an app account. Product access, pricing, subscriptions and a launch date will be announced when ready.
The intended workflow starts with a project folder on your computer or Google Drive. Folder intake is already being developed and tested. Access permission and some background transfer are still needed to read the content; the goal is to remove the repetitive manual steps.
No. The planned analysis proposes drafts with supporting references and visible assumptions. People review quantities, prices, methods, production rates, and dependencies before approving them. Automatic document analysis is not enabled in the public product.
The local prototype supports editable company work codes and external accounting references. Its starter library is original Planvya content, not a complete licensed CSI MasterFormat catalog. Company mappings and project scope remain subject to your review.
Explore the existing Planvya field tools, construction calculators, and Bridge resources. FieldFlow will have its own launch and purchase details when it is ready.
The best planning tools start with the people doing the work. Tell us where FieldFlow fits in your day, and be part of its next chapter.
