Is this an app or a printable?
Individual and Crew include the integrated browser-based ticket and change order system, plus paper work ticket PDFs in Letter and A4. Sign in on PlanVya to use the app; download the PDFs for paper use.
Can I buy only the printable?
Yes. Our Etsy printable edition is a complete one-time purchase with printable forms and access to construction field calculators. It does not start a subscription or unlock the subscription app.
Does the app save work to the cloud?
No. Company details, projects, tickets, requests and photos stay in your browser. New tickets keep earlier records intact. Download a backup to your own storage and restore it when needed. Two signed-in browsers are included; each has a separate library.
Are there photo or storage limits?
Use PNG, JPG or WebP photos up to 10 MB each. Each ticket supports up to 64 MB of stored records and photos, subject to your browser’s available space. Backup files support up to 100 MB; larger libraries can be backed up one ticket or change order package at a time. Keep these files in your own storage.
Will this get my extra work paid?
It helps you create a clear record of what happened. Entitlement, rates, authorization and payment depend on your contract and the project’s approval process. A ticket is not a guarantee of payment.
What happens after the trial?
Individual renews at $7.99 monthly or $79 annually; Crew renews at $19.99 monthly or $199 annually, plus applicable tax unless a discount applies. Annual billing charges the full yearly amount at renewal. Checkout shows the schedule and total before you confirm. Cancel before the 15-day trial ends to avoid its first renewal charge.
Do my earlier Field Systems purchases change?
No. Existing one-time purchases keep their original access terms. Open your earlier Extra Work Ticket purchase. Invited users of the separate company application can sign in here.
